The first EP of Zoro Cane as a Band was independently recorded, produced and published through Munich’s ‘Schaufel und Besen Records’ label. It showcases the new, different, unique sound and style of the band. The mood of the record dictates an unmistakable attitude with its four songs, each conveying a part of the band’s perspective on the theme surrounding the album – the search. Search for something greater, for answers, one’s place in the world and in life, reliability and the next challenge.

A title named ‘Happy End’ only deserves to be the final track, crowning the idea of this release as a search for deeper meaning despite the distractions and negativity. If the end really is happy, is for the listener to decide, while Zoro Cane takes you through the highs and lows, depicting the moments of pure joy on one side and deepest worries on the other. Sliding from feelings of full energy towards complete emptiness and then back up, having the end in sight, this roller coaster of a song rides though notions of success and failure, all at once.
